Ingredients:

Servings (2) Pudding:
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup unsweetened milk of choice
  • 2 tbs maple syrup (or honey)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp custard powder (optional)
  • 1/2-1 tsp rose water or essence
  • Pinch cardamom powder
Yogurt:
  • 1 5 oz DAH! Vanilla Oat + Almond + Coconut Blended Yogurt Cup
  • 1- 1 1/2 tsp rose syrup
  • 1 tsp maple syrup (or honey)
Garnishes:
  • Rose syrup
  • Crushed pistachios
  • Dried rose petals
  • Cardamom powder
  • Fresh Roses

Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients except the chia seeds in a bowl. Taste to adjust sweetness and rose flavor.
  2. Stir in chia seeds. Allow to sit for 5 minutes. Mix well and then split into two air tight containers. Refrigerate for couple of hours or overnight for most thickness.
  3. Prepare the yogurt before serving. Mix all ingredients in a small bowl. Taste to adjust sweetness and rose flavor.
  4. Use a small bowl, cup or jar (7-9oz). Drizzle a little rose syrup at the bottom. Add in half of the yogurt. Then fill the remaining space with the chia pudding mixture. Garnish with a small drizzle of rose syrup and sprinkles of pistachios, dried rose petals, and cardamom powder.
  5. Top with fresh rose or petals. Serve immediately and enjoy!
